Check-in Elf Volunteer Tasks (SFAF Staff-Only Role):

• Assist SFAF staff with pre-event setup tasks

• Help decorate and set up the check in table

• Check in runners as they arrive

• Collect donations

• Hand out sweatshirts and t-shirts

• Shift time: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

• Training: Digital volunteer orientation scheduled a week before the event.

• Getting to the event: Santa’s Village is a 10-minute walk from the Castro Street Muni Station. Parking in the area is street parking and will be scarce. We advise taking public transportation.

Perks: Volunteers will get a free light breakfast and lunch!
