Pack with a Purpose

Bring your team together and make a meaningful impact by sponsoring a kit-packing event with San Francisco AIDS Foundation (SFAF). These events are fun and perfect for team-building activities while directly supporting SFAF's programs and services. Sponsorships range from $1,000 to $4,000 based on group size and kit type. Sponsorships cover all supplies and activity facilitation.

Length of Project: 1 – 1.5 hours   

Planning Time: Please allow at least three weeks to plan your event.   

Group Size: 3 – 25 people, for groups larger than 25 there may be an additional fee.   

Where: At your office, a location of your choosing or at one of SFAF’s facilities in SOMA or the Castro.   


SFAF provides: 

✔ Supplies ordered and shipped to your door. 

✔ Presentation on SFAF programs, services and impact. 

✔ Facilitation of kit packing activity along with an SFAF presentation on a community topic. 

✔ Transportation of completed kits from your facility back to SFAF. 


Support needed from you: 

✔ Help set up the activity before the event. 

✔ AV equipment for presentation. (We’re flexible to work with your setup. Ideally, we’d need a screen for PPT and audio for videos). 

✔ Recruit staff to participate. 

✔ Store supplies shipped to you before the project date. 

✔ Help load completed kits into SFAF vehicle after event.
